Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for orders that were paid online but could not be fulfilled, or when a return has been approved. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Online Payments

For orders paid via Card/UPI/Net Banking, the refund will be credited to the same account. Processing time depends on your bank and may take up to 10 business days.

Wallet Refunds

Refunds for wallet-funded orders are credited back to your wallet balance, usually within 24–48 hours of return approval.

Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded automatically. For cancellations after dispatch, please contact support.
