Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method or wallet within 7–10 business days.

After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or request a return as per our Refund Policy after receiving the order.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, you may cancel before dispatch without any charges. Simply refuse the package at delivery if you no longer need it.
